Meditation Drop-in

This will be our last Thursday meditation drop -in for the year. From the New Year our drop-in moves to the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. We hope to move to weekly meetings in the Spring. See you there!

 

Whether you are new to meditation or have a lot of experience, this is a chance to get together in a friendly and supportive atmosphere and meditate. No need to book, just come along. Arrive at 6:50pm to start at 7pm.

We will look at the two main practices in Triratna, the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana.

Our events run on a donation basis, we suggest £5 if you can afford that, or perhaps a bit more or less depending on your circumstances.
