Drop-in meditation evening EXTRA!

In September we will be running drop-in evenings every Wednesday!

Whether you are new to meditation or have a lot of experience, this is a chance to get together in a friendly and supportive atmosphere and meditate. No need to book, just come along. Arrive at 6:50pm to start at 7pm.

As well as some Dharma (Buddhist) teaching, we will look at the two main practices in Triratna, the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana.

Our events run on a donation basis, we suggest £5 if you can afford that, or perhaps a bit more or less depending on your circumstances.
