Unhooking from unhelpfulness: exploring ways to reduce negative mental states
Join Taramani for an evening looking at our unhelpful mental states and ways to help turn them around. We’ll look at what the Buddha said about this area of our lives, reflect on our own experience and explore some practical tools including meditation to help support us.
Please bring a pen and paper!
Taramani lives in South London, has been ordained for fourteen years and teaches meditation and mindfulness in workplaces, prisons, with young people and at the Croydon Buddhist Centre.
As usual, it’s from 7 till 8.45 pm, on Zoom
Our online Dharma night has moved to once a month. We meet via Zoom, do email triratnaexeter@gmail.com for the Zoom link if you are joining us for the first time.
You can expect meditation, a Dharma talk and a chance to have a chat with other people joining the session.
